Joshua's room

I have a 3 bedroom two bathroom house. The upstairs has two bedrooms and one bath. One room is empty and the other possesses a queen bed. Whoever rents will essentially have the upstairs and their pick of the bedroom. If they need, it furnished the queen bed is available. The bedroom and office photos are the choice of rooms and the bathroom will be the one for your use.

You have full access to the downstairs which has a full kitchen, large living room, and an additional family room. I have a large fenced yard and back patio as well. The wifi is strong and perfect for students who need a strong connection.

Internet and water are included. The electric is well under $100 per month. I will pay the first $100 and ask to split anything that goes over that amount.

I live alone in the house. I am rarely there due to my military schedule which has me traveling often.
