Jessica's room

This is a rental for 3 bedrooms a bathroom, the livingroom dining room. Shared spaces will be the kitchen (minimally mainly for the breaker box and deep freezer), and laundry room.

We are a family of 3 - 2 adults and a 4yr old we have 2 small dogs. The door in the kitchen to the back of the downstairs will remain close as we will be keeping the den, downstairs bathroom and the office as our space.

Bills will be split- electricity, gas, water

You can get cable or internet if you’d like as we have a private provider so nothing with stop you from getting your own.

No cats allowed - dogs on a case by case bases as we live in our camper in the backyard so don’t want excessive barkers.
