Single roommate welcome to a beautiful fully furnished bedroom with private bathroom.

The room is situated in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms completely furnished and recently renovated condo that will be shared with only one person.

The condo is on the ground floor surrounded by a beautiful park, located in the safest residential area in Winchester, VA.

This rare gem, that has never been rented before, will offer a true sanctuary of a well maintained family home to the most demanding tenant.

You will enjoy a cosy and light apartment with large windows with uninterrupted views, lots of closet space, brand new front-load washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, central forced air heating and air-conditioning, large TV in the shared living room, separate dining room space, and your own large monitor PC in your bedroom. There is an assigned parking and plenty of guest parking space as well.

Your private space includes: your own full bathroom with soaking tub, a super-comfortable bedroom of your own with queen size bed, desk that can also roll over the bed, iMac with large monitor with high quality resolution, highboy dresser, nightstands, large closet, and glam lights.

The gleaming white floors, freshly painted walls, contemporary furniture, and curated interior design create a youthful ambiance in which you can think clearly, relax, and replenish your energy.

The address is on prime location, close to everything: Wallgreens, DairyCorner, the Martins Gateway Supermarket, and many restaurants. Only 5 min drive to Old Town.

Since I own the condo, all maintenance/repair issues will be solved instantly. Should you wish, the cleaning of your room and bathroom is offered without any additional cost.

I am willing to provide you with new bedding, linens and towels, and anything you need, should you wish to move in with only personal belongings, or I could remove the furniture, should you want to use your own. In any case, I will make sure we luxuriate and enjoy our life in the home to the fullest.

The monthly rent of 1000$ includes all utilities and internet. Rent due every month in advance. Month to month lease. No deposit is necessary.

You will have the privilege to save considerably on rent, practically paying only 600$ a month, since the half of the bills included in the rent is 400$ a month.

You will not be tied with a long term contract, or deposit, because I believe in honest and natural progression, therefore should you need, or wish to leave, you are free to do so anytime with no legal complications and with full mutual understanding.

Your room will be reserved for you should you notify me whether you would like to stay the next month on the day you pay your rent.

Having experienced the local rentals myself, I’d love to help a talented and ambitious young person with promising future, to overcome the low quality housing situation, and thrive in reaching for higher goals.

The second bedroom is occupied by me, a professional 50 years old lady with impeccable manners. I am very kind, quiet, and exquisitely clean. I am cultured and gentle individual with sense for protocol.

I am a European with background in the diplomatic sector, United Nations. I fit best with intellectually inclined, creative, and successful individuals.

I used to rent out my historical palace in Macedonia to the US Embassy. Therefore, I am experienced host that any student’s parents, who understand the importance of professional managing of a household property, would prefer.

My presence in the home will be very discrete, as I mostly sleep at home, but I will be at your complete disposal when you need me as your dedicated host, a good roommate, dependable friend, and I hope, the nicest landlord you will ever have.

I work from 8 AM to 4:30 PM. on weekdays, and every second Saturday from 8 AM to 12 PM, during which time you will have full privacy in the entire apartment.

I like to pamper myself and dress up extravagantly. I believe in elegant existence. On the weekends I write, I like to sleep late, I clean the home, I shop for groceries. I love traveling to DC. I cook my lunch for work in the morning, and you are welcome to this hot meal if you please.

I am a kind of person that will take care of you like a mother. Should you come down with a cold, or just had a bad day, you can always count on tender love and care, a five star hotel service with breakfast in bed.

My perfect roommate would be educated and sophisticated, with good taste, bright personality and healthy habits. I would be most delighted should we share passion for literature and philosophy, fashion, art, architecture, classical music, art cinema, living by high aesthetic standards, an affinity for interior design, and rich cultural lifestyle.

I have created a petite private paradise within my home that offers a refuge from ugliness of any kind, an escape from the stress of the outside world, and has level of serenity characteristic for a high-end spa, or a Japanese Zen garden. Therefore, I expect the person that would live with me to be a gentle spirit that values a stress free home without violent content on the TV, nor aggressive language of any kind.
