Married couple living in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood in the East Renton Highlands are seeking a roommate. The house is nestled in the trees where visiting squirrels, birds, and the occasional deer pass through the yard. No traffic or neighborhood sounds, just the sounds of nature fill an open window. A covered deck on the back porch overlooks a private peaceful greenspace, a perfect place for studying, barbequing, or just relaxing with nature. While living in this house, you feel like you’re living in a very remote location, yet you have very quick access to Seattle, Bellevue, and other neighboring cities. If you work in Seattle, you will be pleased how easy the commute is since you’ll be able to avoid most of the traffic that flows North and South. Bus lines are also within walking distance. There is plenty of parking in front of our house.
We are asking $850/month with a $850 refundable deposit. You will have your own private room and share a bathroom with one other person. Your rent amount will include all utilities and internet. Of course, that would be for normal usage; if you are planning on building a grow room or mining Bitcoin, the extravagant power usage would be your responsibility, but for the average person, we’ve got you covered (also, no mining Bitcoin or constructing grow rooms). There can be no smoking or vaping of any kind, and no animals, please. However, on the animal subject, we may or may not be getting a cat in the future, thus, you must be a person that would be kind to a cat and obviously not allergic.

We are married and have been for the past 26 years. We are quiet. My husband is an Electrician, and I am a stay-at-home wife.
