Quiet neighborhood, 15 min walk to train station, short walk to gas station convenience store, Dunkin Donuts, and Pelham Village.

This is a house share. Home is spacious, with large closets, and high ceilings. Each floor has its own bathroom. Main kitchen is shared however having a dorm-style kitchenette in the room with your own refrigerator can limit having to go to the kitchen for most things.

Street parking only, and there is alternate side parking several days out of the week.

Room can be furnished or unfurnished.

Utilities/WiFi included. Laundry available.

I’m a digital nomad and travel often, so I’m barely home. When I am, I tend to keep to myself. I am meticulously clean and would require that my housemates are clean as well, or can provide housekeeping services for an additional fee.

1 person per room occupancy. There are multiple rooms available. It’s a huge house and just me. I don’t smoke or drink. Medical professional.
