Aaliyah's room

Private room is located in the heart of the Westshore Business District area. This area is located closely to the Tampa International Airport, International Mall, the Down Town area, Hyde Park, and just minutes away from St Pete and Clearwater exits making commuting convenient. The private bedroom is inside of a 3x3. The unit itself has floor to ceiling windows, stainless steal appliances, hardwood flooring, washer and dryer included, and a balcony.

The bedroom: This private bedroom is located towards the back of the unit. The bedroom also has its own private bathroom and walk-in closet. There’s carpet in the bedroom and closet, hardwood flooring in the bathroom. The room also has floor to ceiling windows that make for great lighting. I truly do love this space and hope you do too!

As mentioned the unit is a shared 3x3. There’s currently 3 of us here total. We each have our own bedroom and bathroom.

Roommate 1: Chey, she works in the hospitality industry, her hours usually are working the night shifts. During the day she’s studying for her real-estate exam in the fall. Chey is outgoing and to herself all at once. She’s an introverted-extrovert! Her hobbies include studying, playing her Nintendo switch, and scrap booking. She also has a dog named Nina who is extremely people friendly, well-behaved, and trained.

Roommate 2: Ayodele, she works in the hospitality industry. Her hours are include working doubles (all day). More often than not, Ayo is not usually in the apartment. When she is, she’s to herself. Ayo’s hobbies include content creating and film directing.

Both roommates are best friends who co-exist very well together.

As for me, I work in finance fulltime, Marketing part time. New beginnings have approached which is why I’m looking for someone to sub-lease my part of the unit.
