Welcome home! We have a beautiful 2,300 sq ft home with 4 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for rent. Each individual room is rented separately, and you will be sharing each bathroom with one other person. The house features a spacious family, living, and dining room with freshly painted interior throughout, and stainless-steel appliances as well as a recently renovated kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room. You will have access to the laundry room with a brand-new washer and dryer. The house is a corner lot so there is plenty of parking and you won’t ever have to worry about “finding a spot” (I know we’ve all been there, looking at your apartment complexes). We have a large backyard with stamped concrete as well as a front yard. 🏡
The house is located within walking distance from a large park (Watkins Park) and multiple attractions including Cleo’s Bodega & Cafe, biking trails, and other activities. We are 5 minutes from downtown Indianapolis and less than 7 minutes from Butler University, Marian University, IUPUI, and Ivy Tech Community College. 🚲🎓☕
The rent includes high speed internet, pest control, lawn services, cleaning supplies (aka dish soap, dishwasher soap, garbage bags, clorox wipes and hand soap), paper products (aka toilet paper and paper towels), and house cleaning service (they will be cleaning all common spaces/kitchen/bathrooms, but you will still be, of course, expected to keep spaces clean in between visits).
The lease terms available are 6 months, 9 months or 12 months. 12-month leases are $695 month. Shorter lease terms (3 months, 6 months and 9 months) may be available at an additional cost.
We will require a security deposit, a background check, and a credit check. The application fee is $35.
