Tiffany's room

I have two rooms available so if you have a child this would be perfect for you. One bedroom is very spacious with a great closet. Freshly painted. Queen Bed available with new sheets, pillows and comforter, Nightstand and dresser, unfortunately there is no TV in the room. The other room I have available is on the smaller side but it’s a great room for a child. It’s been a little girls room so the furniture available is all pink and girly 🤭 Canopy bed and the mattress is pretty much brand new, (my daughter only slept on it a couple of times), led lights of course 😄 and a small dresser/table. The bathroom is shared though I have my own half bath and I only use the shared bathroom for the shower so you will have all counter space/storage for yourself. The kitchen is a very spacious, Samsung fridge, whirlpool dishwasher, glass cooktop, oven, and I don’t cook much so there isn’t a lot of dishes or pots and pans but what I do have you are welcome to use. There is a huge backyard with a deck, fire pit, patio furniture, charcoal/wood grill with smoker, The laundry room is equipped with Samsung washer and dryers, plenty of storage space if needed.

Myself and my mother I am 32 years old I mainly stay to myself in my room you won’t see me much unless I’m working out in the yard 😆 My mother is an amazing woman she is 67 and if she’s not at work she’s sitting in her recliner watching all her shows. If you like binge watching then you’ll have a great buddy to get lost in shows with. My daughter will sometimes be staying the night she is 7 and will sleep in my room. She’s never slept in her own room 🤣 We have a funny little dog named Rose she’s quite the character some days.
