Biweekly professional cleaning and all utilities (internet, garbage, water, sewer, electric, gas) are included with the rent. Conveniently located on the H line, 60, and 128 bus routes, as well as easy street parking, this 1900 sqft. townhome has a large bedroom (approximately 13.5’ by 12’) with attached walk-in closet and separate full bathroom for a tenant/roommate located on the ground floor. The floors are heated and cooled concrete and the ground level stays at or below 70° during the summer. Tenant has full shared use of the large kitchen, dining, living, and laundry rooms, as well as the rooftop deck (currently unfurnished). “Quiet” hours are approximately 10 PM-7 AM on weekdays (Sunday through Thursday) and flexible on weekends (simply because we share one wall with a neighbor). There is also a Boston upright acoustic piano on the main floor. Close to Westwood Village and walking distance to White Center nightlife and restaurants. The elliptical, bed and desk pictured in the bedroom will be moved to the upstairs guest room unless otherwise requested.

I am a single gay man, mid-thirties, corporate professional. Very sociable, but also need to retreat for alone time occasionally. I am an aspiring pianist and lover of all kinds of music, but can definitely use the soft pedal when practicing so you can barely hear me play. I also have a 2.5 year old mini schnauzer, so you must love dogs. Lots of other interests and hobbies, including wine tasting and wine making (done at a professional winery outside the home). I work remotely on Mondays and Fridays; home office is on the third floor of the townhome. I love to entertain once every couple of months, which we can discuss further.
