It’s a 2 bedroom apartment that is located in Edmonds in a great location 5 minutes to Edmonds College, WinCo Food, and LA fitness. A bedroom with shared bathroom. Available for $800 with all Utilities are included (Water/Sewer, electricity, gas, garbage Ext) and Wifi. The complex is literally In a great location where you have Everything you need is available in the area. Your bedroom is not furnished, but I already have furniture like couches and a big TV in the living. Bathroom will be shared with one person in the apt.
Security deposit (one month rent) that is refundable and easy monthly payments.
