About the room
My fiancé and I have a room for rent for this upcoming semester. We’re looking to rent to a traveling Nurse, Mid-term naval base employees/military, or CSUCI students.
Your bedroom will be in the photo thats’s currently the office but will be transformed to a bedroom this weekend. Your room will be fully furnished with a full size bed.
ALL your utilities are paid for by us (water, electricity, gas, wifi). You’ll have access to the pool and on-sitewasher/laundry. You’ll be next to all the shopping, groceries, and restaurants around the corner.

About the roomies
We’re both college alumni and working professionals with a 2bd 1ba condo. If you enjoy the beach and are a STEM major or one of the listed above, then this place is for you. I’m an engineer and my fiancé is a Realtor.
We both work from home and keep our place very clean and tidy. We enjoy the beach and going outdoors.
