This is a bedroom in a 3B2.5b near UNCG (8-minute walk). The house has central air with heat and AC and washer and dryer in the backyard. All utility is included except internet ($13/month). The 2 male roommates are one UNCG student and one working professional. They are very nice, clean, respectful, and has mature mentality. The previous female roommate has no problem living with them. You will have your own bathroom, although the other male roommate shares your bathtub. Lease term is flexible. Please allow background check as we all want to live under safe environment. Available from 7/1/2023. Need first month rent and one month deposit to move in. There is no bed in the room.
