Bedroom available with your own bathroom! I’m living at the Britta hills apartments and I’m looking for a roommate! The spot is on the North side of town off of Empire Ave. It’s at the back of the complex on the second floor and the room is pretty spacious and has a decently sized closet. You also have your own bathroom right across the hall, which is awesome! There’s a balcony with a little storage room for gear or whatever extra you need. The kitchen is pretty big with all new appliances and lots of cupboards. Dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, stove/oven, (no microwave though). The living room gets decent amounts of natural lighting, and the bedroom has two windows which is nice. There’s an onsite laundry facility which utilizes an app to access, and the complex has garbage and recycling provided. Utilities (WiFi, electricity, water/sewer) are typically less than 100$ a month. Location is only a couple miles from downtown and has lots of access to whatever you need. Sawyer Park and the Deschutes River are only a quick walk away too. If you like I could give you a video tour or you can always swing by whenever I’m home!
My name is Cody, I’m 34 originally from South Lake Tahoe and I’ve been living in Bend for a little over 9 years. I’m an easy going individual that loves to laugh and have fun and be creative.
