Hey ladies! Seeking a housemate/roommate to rent my spacious furnished private bedroom (12.5’ x 9.83’= 122.92), shared bathroom (w/ myself) in a charming cottage; great location 2 blocks from the beach in North PB.

• Security Deposit $1,100
• Term/length of stay are somewhat negotiable, although at least 6 months (longer term is ideal).

Ideally looking for a mature professional female who’s friendly, respectful, communicative, considerate, responsible, easy going, clean (as far as common areas go), drama free housemate, who doesn’t bring the party home. Would be nice to have someone who’s down to hang out a couple times a month. As I prefer not to be strangers & just coexist. We don’t have to be best friends but if we become friends, great. 🙂

• LGBTQ+, 420 friendly, although I don’t partake.
• Laundry mat is less than a block away.
• Easy street parking as it’s North PB.
• Limited storage space inside.
• No Pets/ Animals, as I’m allergic to most but love them.
• Single occupancy only.
• Occasional overnight guests.
• No remote working (as the place is too small & wouldn’t allow for privacy & the walls are thin), unless you plan on going somewhere with WIFI most of your work week. Thanks!

It’s important I find someone that shares these values. I’m quiet, a light/social drinker, but over the party scene, so I don’t go out often & don’t bring the party home. Nor do I have guests over often. I’m a homebody but hang with friends &/or do errands on my days off. My hobbies include: yoga, bike rides & walks near beach/bay, going to beach, concerts, comedy clubs, hike, watch movies, true crime shows, play board games, bbq, go to happy hours w/ good food, try new things & take short road trips.
