I have a Roomate moving out in October and can’t really afford the rent. There are 3 of us, this is a co-Ed apartment. The room is 10x bt 11x you’d be sharing a bathroom. You have 2 closets and 2 windows with natural lighting. We are on the 3rd floor. Utilities are included in the rent. There’s a pool and Gym. (Couples are fine)

We are 18, 19, and 20. We are pretty laid back spend a lot of time in our own room. We value you tidy ness in the living spaces but besides that go crazy. We divided chores evenly along with grocery bills. Though we are open to giving you your own space in the fridge or pantry if you wouldn’t want to split the grocery bill. I also have a cat.
