Sara's room

Looking to fill the other bedroom in my apartment. The room is large enough for a queen bed and some small furniture. It also has a decent size closet. Located on the same block as the Park Place shuttle stop. Easy access to 2,3,4,5 and c train. 15 minute walk to A train. I keep the apartment clean and pretty quiet. I have a cat but she mostly just hides all day. She does not enjoy dogs and could maybe tolerate another cat. ASAP move in. Would require first and security to move in. Let me know if interested.

$1100 includes utilities, except if you use AC in the summer. Then it would be an extra $50-100 depending on how much the electric goes up.

Teacher, so I keep quiet hours on a school night and stay up as late as 11pm on a non school night. I used to run and bike but am taking some time to heal from some injuries so I may be in the apartment more this summer. I try to keep the common space as clean possible and clutter free. I am in the middle of trying to clean out some stuff that the last roommate left, but it is still generally neat.
