Renting 1 bedroom in a townhouse, furnished queen size bed and dressers in the room already (can be removed if requested). Shared common spaces, living dining room and kitchen. I have a small dog in the house (cockapoo), dog friendly. Parking available on main street adjacent to community, I park one of my cars on the street too so its a safe quiet neighborhood. I have a backyard for grilling. Live in a gated community with a pool, hot tub and a sand volleyball court. Pretty close to grocery stores, golf course, pretty much everything on el Camino. Room available as earli as 6/1 but flexible to accommodate a later start date.

I own the house, three bedroom townhouse in Carlsbad. I moved to SD abt a year and a half ago from the east coast for a new job. Only renting out one room. I travel quiet a bit for work between LA, SF and other parts of the country. I work from home when I’m not traveling, sometimes have friends/ family visiting from out of town typically weekends only. I keep a pretty clean house, so hygiene is pretty important. Can’t have crazy parties at the townhouse, esp due to HOA noise ordinances. Looking for a chill, drama free, clean roommate starting in June/July. Professional here looking for a chill roommate, new-ish to SD, outside of work you can either catch me at the gym, on a hike, learning to play golf, improving my volleyball skills or just chilling catch up on my Netflix.
