The house is located in a quiet, peaceful community close to town with access to banks, restaurants, gas stations, and grocery stores less than five minutes’ drive. Thirty-minute drive to Daytona Beach. Low-crime tier area featuring a quiet suburban layout with a 3/10 neighborhood crime index score.
