The rest of the house (living room, kitchen, yard, garage) are shared spaces with 1 female adult. The private bedroom comes with a single bed, furnishings, a large closet, and a detached private bathroom (ready for move-in, see photos).

Home is: -Non-smoking & alcohol-free -Indoor pet-free (outside dog and chickens on-premises)

Home has: -A/C & Central heating -Free off-street parking

We are looking for a single male renter with no children or pet(s), preferably Christian. Must be employed, quiet, respectful, clean, and drama-free. No loud parties, illegal drugs, frequent or overnight guests or smoking inside allowed.

The house is located in a quiet, peaceful community close to town with access to banks, restaurants, gas stations, and grocery stores less than five minutes’ drive. Thirty-minute drive to Daytona Beach.

$600.00/month rent and one-time deposit of $600.00 is required to move in.
