Dennis's room

The Furnished Room is in a condo on the 2nd floor of a gated community. The condo has 2 bedrooms, a den/office, kitchen, dining/living room and 2 bathrooms with a balcony overlooking a pond & the Hillsborough River to the Southeast with a view of downtown Tampa. All of the flooring is tile and laminate with some throw rugs. There is a stacked Washer/Dryer in the kitchen.

• The condo association requires a lease agreement with background check.
• We will consider applicants who are employed, stable, clean without drama, children and pets.

We moved to this condo just about 2 years ago. We have lived together 20 years. I think that we tend to be rather quiet, clean and tidy. We enjoy meals at home more than going out to restaurants. We had background checks to move into the condo.
