Looking for a 22-ish year old female to sublease my 2 bedroom Condominium off of McClintock and Guadalupe. It is 10-15 minutes away from ASU and relatively close to the 101. Super cute complex with a heated pool, fitness center, hot tub, and recreation area. The unit has the best location, just steps from the pool! You’d get a dedicated parking spot, however it will be uncovered. There are plenty of visitor parking spots, which is a bonus for guests. The roommate has a cat, however no other animal is allowed in the property.
I am currently looking to sublease my room for the months of August and September, and if you would like to stay it would be month-to-month after that if you decide to stay. If you cannot come in August, September is still available to sublease. My roommate is named Rachael, she is 23 years old and her cat is named Sullivan. “I like to keep common areas clean however my room might not always be the best kept.
