I am the only other person living in the house. I am looking for someone who has a fulltime job and can afford the rent when due. Depending on your pay cycle is how you will pay rent. Rent is $850 so Ex: If you are paid weekly you pay $212.50 every week, biweekly $425 and if you are paid monthly $850. Proof of paystub to verify job and pay period is the only requirement.
