SEEKING SHORT-TERM TENANTS (2 months to 6 months, flexible) for this comfortable, private room + adjoining loft, both fully furnished, on one side of a 2-story home. I (owner), and a 2nd renter, occupy rooms on the 2nd story, opposite side. A newly renovated full-bath is shared by you (renter) and me (owner), down the hall. The room boasts a large closet with built-in shelves, smart flatscreen TV, darkening blinds, bureau, night stand and new, comfy queen bed. The loft offers a sitting space, desk and book shelves. Second story washer/dryer are available, and quite convenient to the bedroom/loft area. The main floor has fully stocked kitchen, breakfast area, and den/family room with fireplace - all communal areas for the household. A sunny deck, flagstone patio and landscaped yard welcome you to sit-a-spell and soak some rays. There is a shed with room for your outdoor toys, skis, board, bike. On-street parking is available in front of the house.

The neighborhood is quiet, mostly families. There are green-way trails within the neighborhood, which link to trails to other neighborhoods, nearby parks and more green-way trails on the east side of Longmont. Union Reservoir is less than a mile to the east for swimming, kayaking, SUP and fabulous sunsets. Grocery shopping is less than a mile. Main St, a vibrant downtown area (restaurants, shopping, art, breweries) is less than 10 minutes drive. You can be in Foothills parks on delightful, even challenging, hiking and biking trails in a 20-30 minute drive to the west. Access to the I-25 corridor is 15 minutes to the east, which gets you to Denver (south) or Ft Collins (north) in about 45 minutes. Longmont is positioned well to give access to a lot of fun and activities in the Front Range (an area that is roughly Ft Collins in north to Colorado Springs in south and west into the deep Foothills).

About the roomies

This is a secure, optimal setting and situation for students, travelling nurses and other travelling professionals. We are a house of 2 professional women. I work remotely from an office on the main floor. There is a very social and β€œcommunicative”, though deaf, female cat in the house. Please, no additional pets.
