ABOUT THE HOUSE/PROPERTY––––––– Great natural lighting and beautiful wood flooring! It comes either Furnished or Not Furnished, the choice is yours. For the photos I only had the bed and a TV but a dresser, lamps, shelving, etc… can easily be put back in if desired. Everything can be removed as well, just to be clear, again it’s up to you. Your room is on the opposite side of the house as mine, with the large living room/front door/kitchen in the middle separating us.

Location, Location, Location! You’ll be right in the middle of everything while still being off of a major street, just far enough to feel quiet, peaceful and safe. Freeways and alternate back roads heading in every direction are only a couple of minutes away, however if staying close to home is more your style… then GREAT NEWS! You’ll find almost every type of restaurant & bar/fast food/shopping/medical office/etc. is quick & easy to reach whether by foot, bike, bus, or car. Plus, if you enjoy staying in, I have yet to find a place/service that doesn’t deliver. Major bus routes- Holgate, Harold, Foster, Powell and even the Clackamas “Green” Max Line are ALL within walking distance.

All of the neighbors are a friendly, positive and really diverse bunch of people of all ages and backgrounds. When they aren’t walking their dogs, working on their house/yards, in their garage building exotic cars or wood working…. it tends to be rather quiet around here. Most of us have lived here and got to know each other for a number of years and so everyone tends to look out for each other, it’s a real blessing and something you don’t always find when moving.

This particular property (un-like any others around it) is setup sort of like a duplex with a few units in the back of the property but a little different. There’s a medium size grassy front yard with a low fence (I do all the landscaping and maintenance) and a wonderful long porch that stays cool and avoids the direct sun.

As marked, the Rent will be $699/month. Utilities are not included in that and are a flat rate of $150/month and due ahead, to be paid when you pay your rent. Security Deposit is $699.

This 2 bedroom house will just be you and I living here, maybe a couple of times a year I’ll have a family/friend visit for a night or two. Other than that I tend to be pretty quiet and keep to myself although I’m very positive and friendly, easy to talk to but also think it’s important to give people their space.

I currently work from home with my bedroom basically doubling as my office/workspace, so I spend most of my time in there. Depending on your work schedule and routine the rest of the house, our shared space like the living room/kitchen will probably be mostly yours to enjoy.

I enjoy all types of music, love live concerts, anything outdoors such as camping or rafting or hiking and wish for more time to visit the ocean & mountains. When home I’m a big movie-buff but often am messing with tech/working on the PC trying to figure out the next company I can start and crash into the ground, lol. - Just a little attempt at some humor.

I like things to be clean, so look and wipe the counters if needed, including the bathroom surfaces after you’re done. Should you already be a pretty clean minded individual? Yeah probably, lol.

It’s really just basic stuff and trying to be mindful and respectful of the other person in the spaces we share. I’m not your dad and your space can be as messy as you want it but please bring food/dishes into the kitchen when finished, otherwise ants will start showing up. Again, just normal stuff and if I can do, or maybe NOT do, something to make you more comfortable then PLEASE by all means, let me know by just talking to me.
