I have a room available and looking for a responsible and quiet like adult to rent it. Able to provide rent every 1st of the month. It has its own closet. There is a shared bathroom. No smoking allowed inside. The Room can comes with a bed. Home has decent size kitchen and a washer and dryer you may use. Deposit would be returned to you at the end of your stay if no damage to the room or property.

Im a veteran. I’ve been using this room as a guest bedroom. I do not have children but do have a 3 yrs old cat he is very calm and chilled cat. I keep to myself mostly and a homebody I am going to school. I will not get into your business just expect you to pay rent and respect my home. Also no drama or issues nor mess. Utilities are not included
