Quiet 2 story apartment in a decent part of town. Wi-Fi, and Utilities included. The room has its own entry. Kitchen would be shared between you and I, as well as the shower. street parking is almost always available. I’m super easy going, I do have one cat, he’s very shy and keeps to himself but would like to give a heads up to anyone allergic. Feel free to decorate the room however you’d like, mattress and desk included unless you’d like to bring your own furniture. Lots of natural light, central AC, and a spacious balcony.
