Mykal's room

I am moving into this house with my cousin/ best friend. It is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath. We have 2 available rooms, and rent will be cheaper if both rooms are filled. Some utilities are not included, but will be divided equally. We have a very big property needing to be filled by fun, chill people. We prefer college students but it does not matter.

Yes my name is Mykal but I am a female lol. My cousin and I are attending UNR and are looking for jobs. We are looking for people to chill with when we get out of school or work. We like our private time but also looking for people to have a good time with and hopefully become friends with. We like a clean house and are planning on switching chores monthly.
