Looking to fill two rooms in a 3 bed 2.5 bath townhome on the border of Murray and Millcreek starting August 1st. 1 year lease.

Large master bedroom with large walk in closet and large bathroom - $990 Regular bedroom with walk in closet, would share a bathroom with me- $650 +$55 each for other contract fees. Utilities not included in rent.

Regular rooms share a wall, master bedroom is isolated down the hallway. Quick access to downtown and cottonwood canyons, two floors, rooms all on second floor, laundry room, attached garage (garage parking spots included unless you want to pay a little less then I will take one instead). Animal friendly, pet rent would be extra. Looking for younger roommates (20s and 30s), no preference on gender but cleaning up after yourself is a must. Have lived with both female and male roommates here so I can provide references.

Personally I am 26 and enjoy skiing, board/video games, reading, beer, tennis/pickleball and more! I work M-F 8-4, working from home most of the time. I like to have some friends over every once in a while for board games or super smash bros, but I do my best to respect my roommates! I also bounce back and forth between home and my gfs.
