Utilities: Heat included; Water 45/person; Electric estimated $50-70. Internet (wired and wifi, 300Mbps) $35.

Landlord’s application fee is $50 and includes a background check for criminal, evictions, and outstanding debts. Credit is not checked.

I’m Andre. I have a lease here until February ’24 and I am in need of a quiet, responsible roommate. I am a soft-spoken work from home artist with one cat who is very affectionate.

I play D&D and love other nerdy things. I do not drink and prefer the apartment remains dry. I currently use the living room as my WFH office, but you will have complete access to the bathroom, kitchen, and your own room. I would prefer that visitors are kept to a minimum.
