Private, unfurnished corner bedroom with lots of natural light. Shared bathroom with one other female roommate, but each person has their own sink, cabinets, and drawers, with a separate shower/toilet area for added privacy. Available for one person only.

The home has two comfortable living areas, upstairs laundry, a front courtyard, and access to a community pool, spa, and BBQ area. Great location near grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, local colleges, and major freeways.

Utilities (gas, electricity & solar) average about $45–65/month. Rent includes water, trash, sewer, Wi-Fi, and a soft water system.

Good credit and references required.

I’m the homeowner and live in the primary bedroom. I work full-time and enjoy spending time outdoors, the gym, and getting together with friends.

The other roommate is an LVN nurse who is friendly, respectful, and enjoys time with family and friends.

We’re both pretty easygoing and appreciate a clean, respectful, peaceful home. We’d love to find someone who’s a good fit for that environment. This isn’t a party house, and we’re looking for someone who works outside the home. Friends are welcome to visit, but overnight guests aren’t a good fit for our household.

Sorry, no pets. Plenty of parking is available inside the gated community.
