The house is a 2 bedroom 2 bath house. It has a garage, in-ground pool, and large backyard. As part of the lease you would be required to help with some of the yard and pool maintenance. Alternating mowing with me and helping keep the pool clean. Besides that, just your ordinary around-the-house cleaning after your self. The bedroom does have a mattress and dresser in it if needed. If not I can have it removed. The rest of the house is furnished.

Looking for a responsible and considerate roommate that will do their part. Must have a job and references. I don’t party but I’m not opposed to having people over to cookout or have friends over for the pool.
