About the room This is a quiet Christian home. It is a quiet neighborhood in Brighton CO. There is use of most of the house except the “nap room” and the big screen t.v. There is a small yard front and back and a small covered deck in the back yard. The kitchen is furnished. The refrigerator space will be 1/2 shelf or negotiated. The pantry space will be 1/2 shelf. The room for rent is on the second floor looking out to the East and into others back yards. There is a large window in the room with black out curtains. I am married. My husband is Dale Hartman. I am an RN from California, retired from Kaiser Permanente after 41 years.There are two other roomies renting their own rooms here. They are private and independent and industrious. Before another renter is accepted both renters here now need to speak to & OK their potential roommie. We are all friendly and congenial and careful of each others space.
