i have 2 rooms still available in bonaire if you can handle a 12 year old boy and 2 very large dogs in the house (dogs are fully trained). $575 a month $300 non refundable deposit. it’s 4 bedroom 2 bath at the end of a cul-de-sac on a acre with a fenced in backyard. i’m very introverted myself and stick to my room all of the time. shared space… bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room. unlimited wifi, all utilities included, lawncare, and pest control too. plus fully furnished. please nonsmoker, no pets allowed, no drugs please. we will be under a lease yet you determine the length whether you want to stay 3 months or 3+years 😂 i have a hard enough time taking on my own chores that being said please clean up behind yourself cleaning supplies will be provided 😂😂

i stick to myself, mostly stay in my room. i don’t like a lot of traffic in and out of my house. non smoker, I may drink once every few years, and no drugs for me. i’m very quiet and like to live a quiet life keep your drama elsewhere. please be mindful of my neighbors peace as well. i have a 12yr old son who prefers to stay in his room. i’m disabled and also have a occasional seizure just fyi not to frighten anyone. i have 2 dogs a great dane and a english mastiff (which is my service dog) they tend to sun bathe outside and stay in my room. they’re both fully trained and up to date on shots. at the moment it’s my son and I plus my 2 pups. looking to rent the both rooms out asap.
