Landmark Boulevard

I am renting 1br which has a 1bth and a 1/2 bth which can be utilized. The 1bth would be shared with another roommate who is clean and hardly ever around. It is a safe and quiet neighborhood. Has a pool and hot tub along with tennis courts. It is only a 10-15 min drive from Downtown Dunedin, Safety Harbor, and Honeymoon Island. Only 25 min drive to Clearwater beach and about a 30 min drive from downtown Tampa and downtown St. Pete.

I am the owner of a 3br and 2 1/2 bth condo in Landmark Oaks. I am young male in my mid 20’s that owns his business and works from home. I am active and like to go to the gym a lot. Not much of a partier but will go out from time to time. I am also a Christian man that goes to church on Sundays. I live in the property along with an older male tenant who has a dachshund name Sperry who is not around very much since he leaves on the weekends. One of the bedrooms has become available and I am looking for someone who can take over the room starting 8/1.
