Bluxome Street

The property is next to the Cal Train station. We also live a few blocks from Oracle Park. Because our side of the building faces the back end of the street, we have 24/7 hour security service to ensure the area is safe. We are just outside of the homeless areas. The unit features 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms for roughly 3,000 a month. There are 2 floors fully furnished. The empty room has a balcony overlooking the living room and the windows. There is also plenty of space outside the room for extra belongings or desks.

My name is Mike and my roommate’s name is Deku. We’re two game developers currently attending the Academy of Art University. We’re looking for another roommate to fill in as our 3rd is moving out of the city. We love to go out, meet new people, and explore as much of the town as we can in our free time. The building is full of very nice people. We’ve even made a discord group so that everyone can be connected on events or lost items in the building.
