Looking for a roommate to share a 3 bedroom house very close to the shipyard and ferry. You would have 2 identical rooms on the main floor with closet spaces perfect for a bedroom and office space or however you choose to set it up. We would share a bath, furnished family room and cute kitchen with all the essentials. Laundry is in the basement, with plenty of additional storage space. There is also off street parking.

I can’t smoke for my job so no smoking but anything you do in your room that doesn’t stink is your business. If you are interested you will need to pass a background check with property management and a security deposit of first month’s rent is expected. I will be living in the loft upstairs and will likely spend a lot of time up there, in the garage or out rock climbing, golfing, and adventuring! I am 22 and recently moved to the area to work at the shipyard. An ideal roommate would be someone around my age who has similar interests, My sweet dog Lexi moved with me and the house has a small fenced in yard and doggie door if you have a pet
