No pets or kids please. This is a lease takeover at Verge Apartments located near UNCA and uptown. The lease runs from August 13, 2023 through July 2024. Renters insurance is required. It’s a two bedroom, each room has own individual lease so no financial obligation to the roommate. The room has a walk in closet with a private bathroom, and door locks with a key so very private. The living room and kitchen is shared with one other person. You’ll have a fully loaded kitchen with stove, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, plus a washer and dryer in the unit. The $760 rent includes internet, water sewer and trash. The complex pays $25 a month per tenant towards the power and the remainder is split in half between tenants. The building you’ll be in is next door to the office where the mailboxes are, also package receiving. They also offer free coffee.

You’ll have one roommate, a late 20’s professional who works a lot. He’s drug and alcohol free, quiet, keeps to himself, very laid back, neat and clean.
