Rendezvous apartments is a student housing apartment complex , each apartment is 4 bedrooms 4 bathrooms floor plans , each room has a separate individual bathroom , closet , dresser, and there is an in-house washer and dryer as well as 2 big cabinets in the kitchen and a dishwasher.

All utilities are paid except electric which is split in between the roommates. There is also a pool and a 24 computer lab and 24 hour gym.

I am in need of this lease to be taken over so I can move to a different apartment, please feel free to contact me for more information.

There is 2 girls and one guy in the apartment they pretty much stay to themselves.
