Shelly's room

I am renting 2-bedroom 2.5-bathroom townhouse in Littleton. We would share this property. These units were built in the 1970’s and are tucked away in a nice area. There is covered parking attached to the home. Small backyard, but big enough for a few folks and a BBQ. I’m renting out the master bedroom, it has a bathroom and 2 closets in the room also. There is also a fully finished basement area that can be used as you see fit, the washer & dryer are located in the basement as well.

I’m Shelly and share this space with a 6-year-old boxer who is well trained and sweet. The dog has her own pillow and is never on furniture. A good fit would be someone kind, clean and respectful and has no issues paying rent. I’m really easy to get along with, I work hard, play hard and rest hard sometimes too.
