The lease is month-to-month, allowing for a semester’s stay without the financial burden of a full year’s rent. Non-students are also most welcome

My name is Henry, and I am the only other occupant. I recently graduated from MSU with a B.S. in Wildlife Biology. I do a significant amount of traveling for work, so you will have the apartment to yourself about 65% of the time. I have no pets besides a few fish in a small aquarium. My former roommate bought a house and will be moving out mid-July. I do my best to keep the apartment clean, quiet and orderly and I expect any potential roommate to do the same.
