About the room
4 bedroom house master downstairs for rent with shared bathroom with me only. Other 3 rooms are upstairs with a bathroom. Temporary ONLY up to 6 months.
No dogs no cats as I already have plenty of both.
Couples considered but the rent will go up an additional 500 for rent n deposit.
About the roomies
Iām a single mom with 18 n 14 year old. I have a roommate upstairs who works 7 days a week 12 to 15 hours a day never see him. I also have an additional room n bathroom in garage with another roommate whom you never see as he never comes into home and he worms fulltime and goes to college.
