West Third Street

This is a cross between a roommate situation and just renting out a room. I have a small bedroom and I need to move someone in, but the rest of the apartment is furnished with my stuff and there’s no room for a sofa or chairs or things like that. Whatever you bring pretty much has to fit in the room. Rent is $425/mo plus half the electric and gas, everything else, including internet, is covered. (Full rent is $1000/mo plus gas, electric and internet.)
The bedroom is relatively small, has a closet and a window, includes a small dresser and table if you want to use it, and has a door right next to the bathroom. You have the use of the whole apartment, of course.
The apartment is near The Green Lantern Bar and is the first floor of an historic house, about 1000 sq, ft, hardwood floors, high ceilings, big laundry room with washer and dryer, big kitchen, large living room, newly remodeled but small bathroom, hallway library, large front porch and a front yard facing Third Street and a fenced in back yard. I do not care what is in your phone, your bloodstream or your browser history. All I care is that you are a responsible and basically respectful human that honors your commitments…and loves animals. And that’s all that really matters to me.

I’m the only other person and the lease is in my name. I have a small blind, deaf CKCS and I spend a lot of time here at the apartment, mostly in my room or watching TV with Razzie.
