Available after August 23. Prefer 1-6 month term lease Fully furnished bedroom with attached private bathroom in a 2 bed 2 bath house. The house is just 2 blocks from the Greenbelt and about 1 mile walk to Push Pour, Quinns Pond, Telaya and tons of other Garden City hot spots. I’ve only been in GC since February so I’m still discovering lots of great things about the neighborhood.
$750 refundable deposit required to move in Prefer month to month lease but open to other options 1 cat-tolerant, small dog considered for additional $100/month
$75 flat fee for utilities - wifi, central A/C+heat, water, sewer/trash
There is a large tv in the living room that you’re welcome to use with several streaming apps (no cable)
About the roomies
You’d be sharing the common areas with me, a creative professional 40’s female and my friendly and low key cat. I am a freelance designer and work a 9-5 job Wednesday-Sunday. I am liberal and LGBTQIA friendly, love to hike and bike around Boise and see live music. No smoking in the house but otherwise I don’t care what you do as long as you’re respectful.
