Welcome to my home in Westpoint! Right off of 30 and 820 for quick access to the metroplex. The house is 1555 square feet and the room that is available is freshly painted, furnished, has new pillows and linens. There is a large closet and ceiling fan. 42 inch flat screen TV with Netflix/Hulu/Prime Video/HBO Max/Disney Plus/Apple TV. Also a private bathroom with tub/shower combo. Shared access to living room, kitchen, laundry, etc. Driveway parking is included but I can make room in the garage for a normal sized vehicle for an additional fee. Electronic deadbolt, Nest thermostat, Alexa, smart plugs and switches. Full size HE washer and dryer.
About the roomies
