Room for Rent: Best of Both Worlds! Room will be available 07/10/2023. Has a bed and desk. Month to month lease; most ideal for those looking for a temporary stay (1-4 months). We live in a rural area that is very peaceful and offers privacy. Right on the borderline of Murfreesboro, we are also within minutes of highway 24, MTSU, Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital and many other stores and attractions such as Stones River Mall. This location offers the best of both worlds! I currently rent out one room and am looking to occupy the other. I work on the field half of the week and the other half I work from home in my own quiet workspace. You are welcome to use the shared bathroom, kitchen, living space, dining room, porch, grills and anything that is on the outside of the property as long as it’s returned. We have bikes, treadmills, porch furniture for relaxing and other cool items outside on our wrap around porch. The property is on approx 2 acres and great for bbqing in the spring and summer. We are very peaceful, friendly and down to earth. Your monthly rent would cover rent, utilties, parking and everything else would be your responsibility such as food, toiletries, cleaning items, etc. However you have access to all appliances such as microwave, airfryer, ninja, washer/dryer. If you are handy and/or good at landscaping, for example, we can work out a deal where you barter monthly services in exchange for a reduced monthly rent. I am open minded! There is 1 couple, a single male and 2 dogs and 2 kittens currently living on property. Everyone works inhome/outside the house. The dogs are allowed to run free on the land. We ask that you pull in slowly in case dogs are outside.
