One room is a standard room facing the front of the home ($1,100) and the 2nd room leads right out to the balcony ($1,300/month). The 2 private rooms would share a bathroom and the rest of the home (excluding the master suite). The master suite, if/when its occupied is ($1,500/month).

The ENTIRE unit can be rented. For a single lease agreement (a small family/couple/single person), the rate would be $2,900/month. For 3 separate/individual leases, the pricing of the rooms would be as stated above - $1,100 for standard room, $1,300 for room with balcony and $1,500 for the master suite.

All pricing includes utilities and any month fees. Deposit is 1/2 the monthly rate and IS REFUNDABLE minus cleaning and any damages.
