Hi all, Two bedrooms with your OWN bathroom available for rent in a spacious, bright, and peaceful home. It is literally 2 minutes driving to Alderwood Mall, Hmart, Costco, Happy Lemon, and many more. We are in the central spot.

Rooms will be available on July 24th and we would love to welcome genuine and responsible tenants to our home and hopefully to make the living environment enjoyable for you to rest after a long day of work. You will be sharing the common area with another tenant on the ground level. It is a big space!

The lease length is 1 year minimum and a background check is required.

We are a couple who will be busy working but we enjoy talking and building connections if you are open to it. Otherwise, we respect your private space. We will be living on a separate level and we only ask for one thing from you to keep whatever yours tidy and responsible.
