We are looking for a fun, considerate, and professional woman to move into the 3rd bedroom in our spacious townhouse in Herndon beginning September 1. The room has two windows, two closets and shares a bathroom with one other person.

ABOUT THE HOUSE: -3 bedrooms, 4 baths -Huge kitchen with dinning area, gas fireplace, and double oven -Balcony -Washer & dryer on same level as bedrooms -2 car garage and plenty of street parking -Beautiful & comfy oversized couch and TV already in the living room

LAYOUT: -1st floor: misc level with a half bath and some storage area -2nd floor: furnished kitchen, dinning room, living room, balcony, and half bath -3rd floor: 3 bedrooms, laundry room, shared full bath

LOCATION: -Within walking distance of restaurants, bars, beer garden, library, adorable downtown, and a gym -Next to Herndon Summer Concert Series -On top of 45 mile marker of W&OD Trail -Close to metro and Reston Town Center

A teacher and a massage therapist in their 30’s. We’re friendly, respectful, clean and like to hang out in and outside of the house! We’re pretty low key on the weekdays, but like to visit wineries and other local events on the weekends. We’re looking for someone who’d be a good roommate and friend! There is also a 3 year old blue eyed Aussie mix named Alamo living with us. She’s very friendly with other people, just not always with other dogs.
