South Brittingham Place

Looking to replace my roommate for my lease starting August 2023. Residence is a duplex with two bedrooms and one bath. Property is near Brittingham boats and across the street from Monona Bay. Street parking is easy to find in the neighborhood and is cheap through the city. Washer and dryer are in the basement of the house.

I am a 22 year old young professional working in non-profit marketing. I have two cats who will be coming with me. I am a mix between someone who goes out on adventures and someone who cuddles up on the couch under a blanket. I appreciate open communication between roommates and am fine with either keeping it to a roommate relationship or hanging out and bring friends.
