About the room
Hi friends! I’m 23 full time worker plus a student and I’m renting out the second bedroom in my apartment, it will not be furnished! The room is the same size as the master and has its own large private bathroom. The apartments are brand new they are built in the last 2 years and have amazing amenities! The gym, 3 bbq stations and 2 pools are all 24 hours. Everything is included but electricity I would like to split 50/50! Pet friendly! I work 2 jobs at Disney and super respectful, I do have a large dog he is the sweetest and very well trained!
