Single story Tempe townhouse with a back patio. I bought the house a year ago, so I’d be your roommate and landlord. I have everything you’d need in the kitchen except for a coffee machine. The living room is fully furnished and I also own a high end vacuum and mop for all of us to use. Basically you’d only need to provide furniture for your room but if there’s anything you’d like to have in the common area that’s 100% welcome!

Two women in our twenties who like to keep the house clean. We go out on occasion but we don’t party and rarely drink at the house. There’s also my hypoallergenic dog, he is a yorkie.
